I have a MFC-J470DW & a MFC-J430W. For the past week or so I can print wirelessly perfectly well. However I cannot scan - get message "check Connection". I've absolutely everything I can think of and cannot get scan to work - had no problem for several years. Might it be to do with recent Windows 10 update. Strange both machines have same problem. Hopr you can please help.

Customer: No just message - check connection

Customer: Yesterday when I discovered problem, I think
