Not sure if you are the right person to ask but I have a Cannon printer and scanner. Printer working ok but scanner is showing an error report 5202,54 when I try to use it. Thank you for your help.
JA: Is there an error code on your Canon printer when you try to scan?
Customer: Only the error code I mentioned 5202,54 and Internal error
JA: When did you last update the printer driver software?
Customer: Some time ago. propaply 2 years
