JA: What's the brand/model and Operating System (OS) of your laptop?
Customer: Mac OS High Sierra
JA: Anything else you want the Mac Expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: Other than the printer is Canon Pixma iP7250 and I don't know where the disc for it is
