I have just bought a MFC-J6930DW printer and it was working

Hi, I have just bought a MFC-J6930DW printer and it was working fine uo until this morning. I have gone to print off a document and it is still in the queue. It says that the printer is offline
JA: How are you connecting to your printer: wirelessly or by USB?
Customer: It is shown connected to the wifi on the printer LCD
JA: When did you last update the printer driver software?
Customer: I last updated when I installed it last week
JA: Anything else you want the Printer Expert to know before I connect you?
