hello, thank you for writing. I have cleaned the printer heads and run all the tests. I have replaced all the ink (original cartridges) only one - the grey - keeps having a red light, and must be blocked as it looks like the grey is missing in the print.

Can you please elaborate the issue so that I may assist you further?

There's not much else to say, also I am now not next to the printer.
The red light is burning on the grey ink and the prints are bad, no matter what I've done it's not helped.

Most of the time, the flashing red light indicates that you are running low on paper.
