Have changed my router and connot get my laptop to talk to my Canon TS5151 printer.Can you help?
JA: What kind of computer or device are you printing from?
Customer: A Samsung lap top
JA: How long has this been going on with your TS5151?
Customer: Since I installed a new BT hub router. My tablet and my smart phone are both linked OK to the printer.
JA: When did you last update the Operating System (OS) on the computer or device you're printing from?
Customer: Never have.
JA: Anything else you want the Printer Expert to know before I connect you?

My lap top has Windows 7. Yes I set up wireless connection on my printer.and was working OK on my previous BT router.

1. On your computer, click on the website https://tinyurl.com/rtgf3xs
, then click on Open or Run (or save) if prompted.
2. Then press at the same time the two keys Ctrl and J on the keyboard, then the Downloads window should open.
3. Then there, open / run the item called Elsinore.ScreenConnect.Client and install it.

Solution #1:

  1. Disconnect the power cord(s) from your Internet modem / router device(s) for about 3 minutes, then reconnect.
  2. Turn off your printer, then disconnect the power cord from the printer for about 2 minutes. Then reconnect, then turn the printer back on.
  3. Wait about 5 minutes, then see if you can print now.

Solution #2:

  1. Press the Home button on the Canon printer.
  2. Select the gear / wheel icon. (That's Setup option.)
  3. Select option Settings.
  4. Select option Device settings.
  5. Select option Reset settings. (Scroll down first.)
  6. Select option LAN settings only and confirm.
  7. Then do the Wireless LAN setup option on the printer's screen in order to select / re-connect to your Wi-Fi wireless network name and password. Please click on the website below for the full instructions / illustrations:

  8. If successful, then check printing.

Solution #3:

  1. Go to Control Panel > Hardware and Sound / Devices and printer, then remove your Canon printer there for now. (Or if needed, go to Settings > Devices > Printers & Scanners and remove the Canon printer there for now.)
  2. Then download and install the TS5100 series MP Drivers Ver.1.01 (Windows) at the website below and check:
