When printing something, at the print dialog window, can you select another similar Canon printer if shown, then print and check?

The message printer OK came up when I accessed the priner via the control panel

Then open / run / install the item called Elsinore.ScreenConnect.Client when it shows at the bottom. Thank you.

I have resolved the printing issue via remote support. Summary: Removed old printer model and set the Canon TS3150 printer as default.
