JA: Is your printer displaying the error on all print jobs, even after you restart it?

JA: When did you last update the printer driver software?
Customer: sorry to sound stupid but I am in my 70’s and do not understand what you mean
JA: The Printer Technician will be able to walk you through that. Anything else you want the Printer Expert to know before I connect you?

I restarted it and it’s telling me I am out of paper when I’m not. Then after a few attempts it came up with the error message I mentioned previously

Can you please do this.

  • Power off the Printer
  • Remove the Power Supply
  • Reinsert the Power supply
  • Hold the power Button
  • Start the Printer
