I have an HP Deskjet 2632 and whenever I install my brand

Hi, I have an HP Deskjet 2632 and whenever I install my brand new 304 Tri-colour cartridge the printer's tri-colour motif starts flashing and the printer won't print anything. Can you help?
JA: Is this the first time you've had to change the ink for your DeskJet?
Customer: No. I do it regularly and it's never been a problem before.
JA: Are you getting any error messages? Are you able to open the lid that covers the cartridges on your printer?
Customer: I can remove and replace both cartridges easily. Apart from the tri-colour icon flashing the screen shows that one cartridge is full and the other empty. They are both full.
JA: Anything else you want the Printer Expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: Think that's it.

Insert the Cartridge

  • Power off the machine
  • Remove the Power Outlet
  • Wait 4 mins
  • Replace the outlet
  • Power the Machine on and hold the power button
  • Restart the Laptop and desktop

I'm sorry but I can't wait indefinitely with no response. I will stay another 15 minutes until 12 (GMT) and then pull the plug. I won't expect a bill if that happens.

Can you remove the Color Ink Cartridge ,

Check the bottom of the cartridge and then Replace please

Have removed colour cartridge. Nothing unusual about the underneath. Replacing now
