Trying to print from Dell 5PHH5Y1 on to HP Envy 4520. Previously OK but certain changes by consultant yesterday means it won't print now. Suggestions please?!

Customer: Dell
JA: How long has this been going on with your 5PHH5Y1?
Customer: only on trying today
JA: When did you last update the Operating System (OS) on the computer or device you're printing from?
Customer: I (v non technical!) never had Pearl but it was working perfectly well up to yesterday
