Just installed new printer - it 9is recognised by my mac

just installed new printer - it 9is recognised by my mac computer & when I try to print it goes through the motions but prints out blank pages
JA: Does your printer have a self-cleaning feature? (If so, you may have to run this several times to see results.)
Customer: no it doesn't - i have looked at that option. Iam using the ink cartridges it came with - should I perhaps change them ?
JA: When did you last replace the ink or toner? Have you tried wiping down the metal contacts on your printer and cartridges (if applicable)?
Customer: it is a new printer - have just set it up

If you try and Print in Blank and white dose it do the same ?

the issue seems to be with ink not coming out the cartridge

Can you please do this

  • Remove the printer cartridges
  • Check the bottom of the cartridges
  • Re-seat them
  • Power and Restart the printer
