I cannot reconnect my printer it just shows 'offline'
JA: How are you connecting to your printer: wirelessly or by USB?
Customer: USB
JA: When did you last update the printer driver software?
Customer: I haven't .. At least don't remember!!!!

Ok disconnect your printer from the power supply for 12 seconds and then connect this back to the power supply again. Make sure the printer has ink and paper and no errors on the screen.

Then restart your computer and connect the printer to the computer via USB and then try to print again.
