MFC-J895DW - I have cleaned printer head twice. Printer photocopies OK but when I have tried to print a document it can be heard going through the motions of printing but paper comes out blank. Can you advise please?
JA: How are you connecting to your printer: wirelessly or by USB?
Customer: I actually plugged the computer into the computer.
JA: When did you last update the printer driver software?
Customer: I bought this printer from a shop - it had been used to show people so I don't know when it was last updated. I have had this printer for about 2 years but it is only used occasionally.
JA: Anything else you want the Printer Expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: It is in spare bedroom upstairs - do I have to take my laptop up there and connect it?

take out the cartridges and reseat them, everyone is in the same boat with funds
