I have an OK1 B412 and I use 'Do it wiser' toner cartridges.

I have an OK1 B412 and I use 'Do it wiser' toner cartridges. The print became very faint so I replaced the cartridge but that made no difference even after I had shaken out masses of 'soot' from inside the device that the cartridge sits in. Please can you advise how I can return to strong printing again? John
JA: Are you getting any error messages? If so, what do they say?
Customer: No: no error messages
JA: The last time you changed your cartridges, did you replace them with new ones or refill the old ones?
Customer: New ones
JA: Anything else you want the Printer Expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: No, I don't think so.

Assuming I wiped the right bit, it made no difference.

Did you see the pictures on the instructions as it shows you where to wipe.

I did wipe the correct surface and nothing showed on the soft tissue paper I used.

Put different toners in the printer and tell me how it works with that please

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
That made no difference, I'm afraid.

I am sorry to hear that.

It is the ink delivery system that has faulted.

I am really sorry about this and you are going to have to return the printer to have this replaced. It will be covered by the warranty if this has not expired, and the replacement will be done at no cost to you.

I am really sorry about this, and if you have problems, or would like any additional information or assistance, please do not hesitate to let me know.

Thank you
