Customer: I have an Epson XP-55 printer that also prints CDs, unfortunately, the CD tray has jammed in the machine is it possible to get it out ? can you advise please
JA: What kind of computer or device are you printing from?
Customer: PC desktop but that is not the problem
JA: How long has this been going on with your XP-55?
Customer: just happened this morning
JA: When did you last update the Operating System (OS) on the computer or device you're printing from?
Customer: I am sorry , but my problem is the CD tray has jammed in the printer, and all I want to know is how to release it
JA: Anything else you want the Printer Expert to know before I connect you?

Can you do a hard Reset -

Unplug the Power cord and Power the Device off for 4 mins

Then Power it on and as you POWER it on Hold the Power down for 1 Min

Let it cycle and try and remove the CD -

If that fails see the service guide enclosed
