i have put new cartridge in my cannon printer but i am getting blue lines in the print.
JA: What Canon model do you have?
Customer: pixxa
JA: How long has this been going on with your Canon printer?
Customer: since i changed cartridge
JA: When did you last update the Operating System (OS) on the computer or device you're printing from?
Customer: all i have done is pressed the button to say i have put new cartridges in.
