My Printer TS6050has decided it will not scan. It will print and copy OK. The day before it stopped I had used it to scan successfully. When I press the scan button and then scan to computer it seems to go througgh the motions of scanning but the warm up message does not come on and after the scan traverse it simply returns to -place docs. please sugest solution.
JA: Is there an error code on your TS6050HAS when you try to scan?
Customer: No but at the bottom left corner it shows USB
JA: When did you last update the printer driver software?
Customer: Probably ages agoi!
JA: Anything else you want the Printer Expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: No

We need to re-install the printer.
