It keeps showing paper jam, but there is no paper jam.
JA: What's the brand and model of your printer?
Customer: HP Envy 5540 All in one series
JA: How long has this been going on with your printer?
Customer: about two weeks
JA: When did you last update the Operating System (OS) on the computer or device you're printing from?
Customer: automatic updates are on
JA: Anything else you want the Printer Expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: i have tried printing the printer status report today, directly from the printer, which I previously managed to do on 08 October, but now that would not print, but instead came up with the paper jam message.

Nothing worked. Did everything still getting paper jam message.

This would indicate a Hardware error with your Device , and it will probably be beyond economical repair i am afraid
