JA: When did you last update the printer driver software?
Customer: not at all, it was my husbands

Please do this

  • Uninstall HP Support Solution Framework.
  • Simply navigate to Apps & Feature and find the HP Support Solution Framework.
  • Click on it and then click on the Uninstall button.

Restart the machine and test
