I have a Canon MG5650 printer that has just died, but I have lots of replacement inks ,is it possible to find a replacement to buy that uses the same inks

Customer: a Dell computer
JA: How long has this been going on with your MG5650?
Customer: its been playing up for quite a while, and I would rather buy a new one than have it repaired
JA: When did you last update the Operating System (OS) on the computer or device you're printing from?
Customer: I cant remember
