Hi Hi i have ink in my printrer Epson L355 and its saying reset inktank
JA: What kind of computer or device are you printing from?
Customer: Printing from Pc wired
JA: How long has this been going on with your L355?
Customer: i refilled the ink tank and the resume button in still flashing and it wont print
JA: When did you last update the Operating System (OS) on the computer or device you're printing from?
Customer: Recently - its something to do with resetting ink on the printer I think
JA: Anything else you want the Printer Expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: No thank you

Epson recommends filling all ink tanks to the upper line when the product is not operating to reset the ink levels. If the ink tanks are filled as specified above, this product will provide an alert and stop operating at the estimated time so that the ink levels do not fall below the lower line on the ink tanks.
