JA: What kind of computer or device are you printing from?
Customer: An Acer Lap Top.
JA: How long has this been going on with your WF-2810?
Customer: I have just tried to scan a document and the message i am getting is that i need to connecta scanner. the printer is working ok and connected to the lap to by wireless. How do I connect the scanner?
JA: The Printer Technician will be able to walk you through that. Anything else you want the Printer Expert to know before I connect you?
