I’m sorry to hear you're having trouble with your printer. I know that can be frustrating. Hopefully, we can get this resolved quickly.

Can you please remove the power to the printer (so unplug it from the power socket) as well as your wifi router and power off your computer.

Then wait 10 minutes, connect the power again to the wifi router then the printer, turn it on and start your computer and tell me please if it is now operating correctly.

I have done this already. Also I was told to hold the power button for 40 seconds whilst it was off, so I have tried all the reset options

Are you on a windows or mac computer?

Can you please click on Start, then Control Panel then go to Devices and Printers.

Then right click on the printer and select Remove.

Then restart the computer.

Connect the printer again to the computer

Go back to Devices and Printers, then click on Add Printer.

When it shows, click it, let it install and then try to print to it.

I removed the printer from my laptop hoping it would work when I connected it again, but now the printer does not show up on the network

How do I run installation? My laptop can't find it on the network.

Via the disk that came with the printer, like when you initially did

When I initially connected it I just downloaded the driver and it worked from there. I don't have the instalation disk

I have done this about 10 times so far. I feel like the problem is with the printer as when I run the troubleshooter it says unable to find printer on network or something

I am sorry to hear that.

It is the internal mainboard that has faulted.

I am really sorry about this and you are going to have to return the printer to have it replaced. It will be covered by the warranty if this has not expired, and the replacement will be done at no cost to you.
