I have been scanning documents to email and it has worked perfectly well but suddenly says auto scan and won’t scan to email. I haven’t changed any of the settings
JA: Is there an error code on your printer when you try to scan?
Customer: No it just says auto scan and nothing more
JA: When did you last update the printer driver software?
Customer: I have never done that, how do I do that?
JA: Anything else you want the Printer Expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: No I am just desperate to scan stuff to my email
