I have recently received a new router from virgin media. My laptop is connected to the wifi, but the printer (Canon Pixma MG 2950) is now disconnected. How do I reinstate the connection between the Laptop and the printer? Thanks.
JA: What kind of computer or device are you printing from?
Customer: Toshiba laptop.
JA: How long has this been going on with your Pixma?
Customer: Just last week when we activated the new router.
JA: Anything else you want the Network Expert to know before I connect you?
