I have got 5250 and printing is a problem as I only can print one document then I get message paper has run out but that is incorrect
JA: How are you connecting to your printer: wirelessly or by USB?

JA: When did you last update the printer driver software?
Customer: dont know possibly never

May I know if your printer is connected to a USB cord or wireless connections?

Wireless and I am using an I pad as source of messages also have an app so I can use printer as air printrr

Do you have any fault codes that come up with that message so we can maybe narrow down where the issue is occurring?

There is a message about loading more paper can’t recall error code but I have plenty of paper loaded

I want you to remove all the paper load on your printer then follow this instruction.

Can you please turn off the printer remove the power to the printer unplug it from the power socket?

Then wait 10 minutes,
connect the power again to the printer,
turn it on and tell me please if it is now operating correctly.

Try to use new paper to remove the old paper load on your printer.

Just to add I can go to preview print and I tick first page then second page will print etc

Canon mg5250 used with an app to make it effectively an airprinter

Can you remove all the cartridges then check your printer inside if there an object stuck to your printer then remove the power cord from the outlet after 5 minutes on it again your printer then install all the cartridges.
