Hi ... I've just installed a Canon MG5350 and I can't get it to scan. It says Set the PC to start scanning
JA: Is there an error code on your MG5350 when you try to scan?
Customer: No..
JA: When did you last update the printer driver software?
Customer: about an hour ago
JA: Anything else you want the Printer Expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: My PC is a ProBook 6570b

What's Big Slur?

The version of Mac OS. From the Apple menu in the corner of your screen, choose About This Mac. You should see the macOS name, such as macOS Big Sur.

If you open "Windows Fax and Scan" and press scan, does it work?

Somtimes you need to start the scan from the comptuer rather than the scanner, I think this is what is going on here.
