Thanks

Are you using Big Slur?

Customer: replied 9 months ago.
Can't see where on the PC I am supposed to set it to scan
Customer: replied 9 months ago.
What's Big Slur?

The version of Mac OS. From the Apple menu in the corner of your screen, choose About This Mac. You should see the macOS name, such as macOS Big Sur.

What does it say?

Customer: replied 9 months ago.
I don't have an Apple
Customer: replied 9 months ago.
I have a ProBook 6570b

That explains a lot.

Bye

If you open "Windows Fax and Scan" and press scan, does it work?

Somtimes you need to start the scan from the comptuer rather than the scanner, I think this is what is going on here.

Customer: replied 9 months ago.
But where on the computer?

If you open "Windows Fax and Scan" and press scan, does it work? You can search for that in your start menu.
