JA: How are you connecting to your printer: wirelessly or by USB?
Customer: wirelessly
JA: When did you last update the printer driver software?
Customer: never I think as I am not sure I understand what you mean
JA: The Printer Technician will be able to walk you through that. Anything else you want the Printer Expert to know before I connect you?

Turn off your printer.

Unplug both your modem and router and wait 30 seconds.

Plug in your modem and wait until no new indicator lights are blinking on.

Plug in your router and wait until no new indicator lights are blinking on.

Turn on your device and try again.
