Turn the printer off, when turning it on hold down the feed button it will flash for a moment and then print something.

Sorry Joseph, we were trying , and it printed but now it's giving us a new error plus 2 red lights

Is the roll lined up and did it attempt to grab the label at all when running the test?

no, we just finished the last roll and we put a new one and that was it, that's when the problem started, and we buy the rolls always from same supplier

The issue is either the rollers on the printer or the labels themselves. If you can try another roll or product I would suggest that first.
