JA: How are you connecting to your DeskJet: wirelessly or by USB?
Customer: Via the router I think
JA: When did you last update the printer driver software?
Customer: I have never done that and don't know how to do it

Apparently I cannot there is not a driver for my system therefore the printer is unusable
