Customer Question

I have installed a new colour cartridge. When I ask the printer to print a document, it prints a page or part of a page then comes up with a message to remove and reinstall the cartridge. I do this, and the same thing keeps happening. The cartridge appears to have clicked into place properly.
JA: What's the model of your printer?
Customer: HP Envy Photo 7134
JA: Are you getting any error messages? Are you able to open the lid that covers the cartridges on your printer?
Customer: Yes, I've opened the lid to reinstall the cartridge. The error message is as described above.
JA: Anything else you want the Printer Expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: It is an HP instant ink cartridge which was sent to me recently.

I want you to remove all the cartridges then remove the power cord from the outlet after 5 minutes on it again your printer then install all the cartrdges.

After that Follow the Instructions Below:

Let's start with a Printer Reset

(1) Turn the printer on, if it is not already on.

(3) With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
(4) Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
(5) Wait at least 60 seconds.
(6) Plug the power cord back into the wall outlet.
