I have been trying since 3pm to get some answers to why my printer will stop printing soon to my account.
JA: How are you connecting to your printer: wirelessly or by USB?
Customer: Its not to do with the printer you are saying it is my account
JA: When did you last update the printer driver software?
Customer: What do you mean
JA: The Printer Technician will be able to walk you through that. Anything else you want the Printer Expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: I have been talking to the expert all afternoon with no result as to why you have a problem with my account

Can we please try the following:

Try powering off the printer, pull the power cable out of the printer, wait for 1 minute, then put the power cable back in. After this try again.
