JA: What's the brand and model of your printer?
Customer: And it won't except paper and won't pick up my Bluetooth
JA: How long has this been going on with your printer?
Customer: PIXMA T S5150
JA: When did you last update the Operating System (OS) on the computer or device you're printing from?
Customer: I have never printed from my phone Or tablet

Please reset the printer to recover from printer errors or failures:-

  1. With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the printer.

  2. Unplug the power cord from the power source.

  3. Wait 60 seconds.

  4. Reconnect the power cord to a wall outlet and to the printer.

  5. Turn on the printer to complete the reset.
