May I speak to you instead please, my printer is not printing from my Samsung tablet, I am not PC competent, I am on 01935 816434 thankyou Nigel Ladd DT96DG
JA: How are you connecting to your printer: wirelessly or by USB?
Customer: Wireless
JA: When did you last update the printer driver software?
Customer: I cannot recall but I spoke to one of your colleagues about a year ago with the same problem, I have an account with you
JA: Anything else you want the Printer Expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: I am sat in front of the printer with my BY Hub details and a copy of your wireless network test result, Network Configuration page and a Configuration source

Please reset the printer to recover from printer errors or failures:-

  1. With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the printer.

  2. Unplug the power cord from the power source.

  3. Wait 60 seconds.

  4. Reconnect the power cord to a wall outlet and to the printer.

  5. Turn on the printer to complete the reset.
