JA: How long has this been going on with your Brother printer?
Customer: Since yesterday
JA: When did you last update the Operating System (OS) on the computer or device you're printing from?

Customer: Tried help suggestion hold back and cancel buttons to get reset menu - didn';t get reset menu and took ages to get any message at all

I'm sorry about your printer issue. I'm glad to assist you today. To confirm the issue, your printer toner is not working. Did you open the printer's cover, then press and release at the same time both the Back and Cancel buttons, and then press and release the Back button again?
