although have followed all instructions my computer will not print anything . it does recognise my printer but keeps saying error ,help please
JA: How are you connecting to your printer: wirelessly or by USB?
Customer: wirelessly
JA: When did you last update the printer driver software?
Customer: daily -many times
JA: Anything else you want the Printer Expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: only thaat I amslowly gong crazy!

Please reset the printer to recover from printer errors or failures:-

  1. With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the printer.

  2. Unplug the power cord from the power source.

  3. Wait 60 seconds.

  4. Reconnect the power cord to a wall outlet and to the printer.

  5. Turn on the printer to complete the reset.
