Without the information requested in my previous response, I can only give you a general answer, but I hope this helps. Please turn off your Epson printer. Then disconnect the power cords from both your printer and your internet router for a couple of minutes, then reconnect. Then turn on the printer, and try again. If that does not work, please download and install the Epson Product Setup at the website below:
