Are you using a Windows computer or a Mac to print labels with?
First, try and restart the printer and the computer. Sometimes that fixes this issue.
Thank you. Next, go to settings and devices and printers on the computer.
Do you see the Dyno listed there?
Now, unplug the USB cable to the Dyno and remove the printer from the list.
Now reboot the computer.
I will be here. This conversation can be picked up from the emails you are receiving regarding it.
I'm still here.
I'm here. Now go back to settings and printers and confirm the Dyno is not listed.
Good. Now open a browser and go to https://s3.amazonaws.com/download.dymo.com/dymo/Software/Win/DCDSetup22.214.171.124.exe
Install the download and it will walk you through adding it back.
When installing the driver?
Try plugging up the USB and see if it reinstalls it.
Right click and choose test print.
No, this is in printer settings.
Do you see printer properties?
Let me try again. Are you in printer properties?
Ok, good that means the driver works.
What application do you use for the addresses?
A screenshot would help.
You can attach it to this chat with the paperclip.
So it is through the DYNO software.
Have you tried updating that software?
Usually this indicates software issue so uninstall and reinstall of the software would fix it.
As you wish.
