One of my landlords is being told that if he doesn't pay his services charges he will if find, he tells me he doesn't want to pay because he is not happy with the service they are providing. Ie, the gates never work the communal area is never cleaned and smells .

The tenants usually pay the service charges not landlords.

The landlord is at liberty within terms of contract to change managment company
