my lodger has lost his job and has not paid his rent. I want paid and have told him to leave but he is being akward. he didn't sign a rental aggreement. Before he left he complained that the bed was old and uncomfortable, it was never mentioned before. I put new matresses on both beds 2 years ago. He sais I should not enter his room and move his stuff but I clean once a week and his clothes are on the furnature and the floor. He is scaring me now. I need help urgently. I have asked him to leave after he pays the rent but he is prevaricating
