I am thinking of buying a house and letting it immediately

Customer Question

I am thinking of buying a house and letting it immediately to the seller on an assured shorthold tenancy. Is this process easy? - bearing in mind that the sellers will not be moving out

What date should I put in the tenancy agreement?

should it be:

this tenancy starts simultaneously with the sale of this property to the Landlord and finishes 7 months from this date

should I just insert the sale completion date?

or is there an alternative via the sale?

Sorry, can't help if you are buying an encumbered property.
I will see if somebody else can.
