I have an eviction for Friday

Customer Question

I have an eviction for Friday after falling behind on a suspended order due to a bereavement in the family. I have asked the lender to give me 6-8 weeks to complete a sale on my property but they have refused. What at my options. What are my chances of a judge suspending the eviction for upto two months

Has this been suspended before?
