Customer Question

My neighbour asked if they could trim back some shrubs on our property which overhung their perimeter. We were happy for them to do so. They asked if their gardener could access our garden. We said we were happy but when we were in. We went on holiday and have come back to find the gardener has chopped down almost all the planting on our side of the fence including a 30 year old Wallnut tree leaving a large stump three feet inside our boundary.

They now look directly into our secluded garden with their next door bedroom windows overlooking our bedroom windows. What can we do? We cant put this back but we will need to plant some cover to try and get back to where we were.
