hello, i sold two motorbikes on ebay for 185 pound. the man that bought them come and picked them up. We check and it said payment in process. (first time selling something) we thought that he paid but he never. we left it two days thinking its just taking its time, then emailed the man but he said he cant do anything about it and that he is not bothered, he will now not pay and he are left with no money and with no motorbikes. what should we do?
Thank you for your question. My name is XXXXX XXXXX I will try to help with this.

not anymore

That is obviously a problem.

You can report this to the police. They probably would act here given the circumstances overall.

You could also consider using a tracing agent. Tracing agents may be able to trace this person via the index number of the bikes.

At least if you did use a tracing agent and located the culprit then you could sue him here

for your money.

Can I clarify anything for you?
