We have been converting our garage into extra room with bathroom. It has building regs agreed. We have put a small window on the boundry wall next door has no buildings just land. The owner of of the land next door has said he is getting planning permission to building a bungler low on the land but he says we have to take our window away S it's on the boundry wall. Has he a legal right to force us to take away the window
