Ask an Property Solicitor. Get an Answer ASAP.
Hello my name is ***** ***** I will help you with this. Please note that I am a working Solicitor and may be on and offline as I have to attend Court and meet with clients, even at weekends. As such you may not get an instant response when you reply as this is not an ‘on demand’ live service, but rest assured I will be giving your question my immediate attention upon return. There is no need to wait here, you will get an email when I reply.
No - it should not be done. You may wish to speak to the Court for an emergency injunction based on the wilful conduct
Can I clarify anything for you about this today please?
Thank you for replying so promptly I will contact court tomorrow and let you know what they say .

I have spoken to court but as the agent acting for UK Acorn took 2 Sheep which were in shed as they were being treated for footrot to a livestock market ( This agent is also Senior Partner in the Livestock Market) so that they could say that they could give the Byer of the shed Vacant Possession. To do this he forged an Animal Movement Licence and Trading Standards are Investigating . I am thinking of sticking to original Hearing of 26th August as it will give me time to find out what action is being taken by Trading Standards and Defra Animal Health. As the byer has removed my machinery from the site while I was at work last Saturday and put a lock on gates am I doing the right thing to wait for court hearing in August . There is also a Telephone Mast on the site which has a Right of way which is being obstructed by this person. Please let me have your thoughts on this .
