I have right away from my garage onto a private lane but for 30 years have always parked outside my garage on the private road which ends at my property , the lane has recently had a new owner who wants me to move my car do I have any rights . tks john

If you have parked on this lane without consent or objection are not in secret for over 20 years you can claim the right to park under the Prescription Act.
That is in addition to any documented right-of-way that you may have over the land, documented in your deeds.
You must not cause obstruction or nuisance in exercise of any of the right.
