I was gifted a piece of a feild by the executors of a neighbours

Customer Question

I was gifted a piece of a feild by the executors of a neighbours estate however the land had not been transferred when one executor sold the whole field which included the section I was supposed to be gifted, when I wrote to both executors one wrote back and said she had agreed to the gift and presumed the piece of field had been transferred to me before the sale of the field had been sold how do I stand
