Hi, this issue has gone back and forward for some months, and I now need to write a settlement letter to the other party's solicitor. I have drafted such a letter but would like advice on whether my response is appropriate. I would need to send some relevant documentation plus my proposed settlement letter for you to see it all in context - is there an email address I can send those to? Are you able to help soonest - I am hoping to respond to them by the end of today. Many thanks.
