My next door neighbour has two 30 foot conifers one at the front and one at the back of his house right next to my property they are ruining my walls at the front and back of my property I have spoken to him about this, but he just tells me to shut up misses do I have any legal rights please help.
Your neighbour is liable to you for the damage caused to your property by his trees.
Since he is not willing to listen to you, it would help if you get a local solicitor to write him a letter pointing out the damage caused by his trees to your property and what action, if any, you would like your neighbour to take.
If your neighbour is still unwilling to listen or do anything, you may file a court claim against him for thr damage.
You may also complain to your local authority and see if they are willing to take any action against your neighbour about his trees.
May I help further?
